PHASE TWO EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 17, 2020
Pursuant to Governor Roy Cooper's Executive Order No. 141, the Town of Scotland Neck will continue to temporarily suspend the disconnection of past due residential utility accounts until July 29, 2020.
During this time, no late penalties will be charged. Customers who are experiencing a hardship due to COVID-19 or whose account is currently past due are encouraged to call the Town Hall to discuss payment arrangement options.
We strongly encourage customers stay as up-to-date with your payments as possible to avoid building up a large balance that will be difficult to pay off later when the Order expires.
IF PAYMENTS OR PAYMENT PLANS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OR SET UP PRIOR TO THE END OF THE ORDER, YOU ARE AT RISK FOR CUT OFF!
Please contact the Town Hall at 252-826-3152 to arrange payment.
All Town of Scotland Neck services will continue to be billed as normal.
